the hotel was fabulous and clean with incredibly nice staff with good service. the venue was in a remote setting by having the depression filled in-or by having adequate lighting in the car park area.

The location was HANDY - so close to Uluru and the town centre, national park and other amenities, and the coffee shop in the square which was good value.

Fabulous hotel that has SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff with good service. The rooms are airy and contemporary, with a balcony, terrace, and tea, coffee. The bathroom looks luxurious.

Dinner good. Quiet at night. Attractive grounds.
Having to pay extra for cappucino at breakfast on top of an already expensive buffet. Too few staff to keep breakfast buffet stocked.

Absolutely nothing
The hotel room was poorly maintained with torn mosquito netting on the patio door. The runners for the patio door had not been cleaned and was full of dead insects. The corners of the room at floor level were dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom had a bath with shower facility, however the bath plug was of the type that twists and closes, this had been disabled. Food was extremely expensive as were drinks and other commodoties.

Proximity to Airport and Uluru
Very poor value for money. Not alone is rate exorbitant but they then have the nerve to charge an extra 1% Credit Card fee !!! My advice - stay in cheapest available. All hotels are in same location and seem to be owned by the same group.

Inefficient checkin procedures -- we did not get our room until well after the 3:00 pm checkin time.

The rooms were well decorated an comfortable.
The air conditioning in our room was set to a very high temperature and could not be altered. When we reported this we were told that the maintenance staff were off duty and that it would be fixed the next day- it was not fixed. we were offered a totally inadequate fan. The room was only cleaned and the beds made at 4pm in the afternoon when we were hoping to rest after a busy day. The bill was incorrect and had to be corected, delaying our departure. breakfasts were vert expensive at $34.oo for a full breakfast

Absolutely loved chilling by the pool after a hot day exploring! The clean, spacious room.

We chose to stay in a room overlooking Uluru in the distance. Although we paid extra for this privilege, it was well worth it as we were able to view the rock at sunrise without having to brave the cold of a freezing July morning. We also appreciated the beauty of the...

great place for family gatherings
The rooms are spacious with two double beds, perfect for four people. Air conditioning kept it cool. The bathroom was nice and clean. Enjoyed the outback pioneer, especially the free BBQ. The pool was tidy but smaller. Being close to all the facilities made things super convenient.
